First American assigned my plumbing service request to Cassidy's Plumbing Co. Cassidy's Plumbing Co rep scheduled me for a next day appointment from 9 am - 1 p.m. Today at 12:07 p.m. I reached out to rep to make sure the plumber was going to make it by 1 p.m. The rep told me they no longer service First American contracts. Why did you accept the job, call me to schedule an appointment, and failed to calle to cancel. Its unacceptable. My faucet has been leaking non stop, now I have to wait for another contractor to be assigned. The reviews about no call/no show are accurate. Cassidy canceled my appointment after the call. This is no way to treat a customer. A phone call yesterday or this morning would have sufficed. I will not use or recommend them in the future.

Charles Boyce is the owner of this company and a few more. His companies were responsible for the beautifcation of our home. From the new indoor plumbing to the brand new windows and doors, these guys, specifically Greg, put a lot of love and energy into our home. Homeserve sent them out and I'm grateful for that. The owner Charles, who proves that there is something in the water, came out to check the progress often, was kind, dependable, helpful and sympathetic. We have never, in the 13 years we've been down here, have EVER met such a more diligent company. They didn't patch, they fixed. They didn't try to upsell, they were upfront and honest. They got the job done.

Well seeing as I’ve called three separate times about a cracked windshield with multiple chips, I’m leaving a review. I was heading home on I64 and was wondering why people were swerving so fast to the right lane and this picture shows why. I tried to also get around but as soon as I tried the driver sped up. Everyone knows 64 is under construction and there’s no smooth road anywhere. But seriously, an open trailer with rocks the size of golf balls and tennis balls just loose? Come on now. Thanks for the professionalism folks

We have a home warranty, and this was the company they hired to fix a leak in our hot water heater in our attic. They came out on a Tuesday, and I showed them the problem. They said they didn't have the part with them and would come out the next morning to fix it. No one came. I called right before noon and asked for help with it, and they said someone would call me. By 5pm no one called. I now noticed that when they inspected the problem, they moved the piping insulation around, and caused the leak to drip outside of the drip pan, essentially making the problem worse! I called back, and their after hours answering service said someone would contact me within 30 min. No response. I called back at 7:30pm, and again was told I would get a call back within 30 min. Nothing. No call. THIS IS THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! A hot water tank leak in the attic, made worse by their people, and no one responds? How unprofessional. FIRED. DO NOT CALL BACK NOW, IT'S TOO LATE.

The company sent someone to fix a leak in the downstairs ceiling and we thought everything was fine, about a week later the ceiling started leaking again on a Sunday, so once again we reached out to Cassidy's plumbing and was advised that they could not send anyone until that Tuesday. When the plumber showed up he said that we needed a part to fix the leak and that he tried to find one and could not, so he had to order the part and said he would be back first thing Thursday morning to complete the repair, My mother sat at the house all day waiting for someone to show up / call. At this point my husband calls the office only to be told that the part was there and that she had no one to come fix it until Friday (keep in mind we could not use the shower from Monday - Friday) Well Friday arrives and still nothing, I finally call about 12:30pm and the owner advised me that the part did not arrive until late the night before (which was clearly a lie). Someone did finally show up on Friday evening after me waiting around all day. I explained to the plumber that my mother was the one paying, but before she paid i needed to speak to someone in the office. Monday morning I received a call from a lady in the office and expressed my frustrations and i felt that there was no since of urgency or accountability, she said that she would have the owner call me back, when he finally did i expressed the same concerns to him and he asked what I wanted him to do, I did recommend that the bill be split, without any hesitation the owner said he would do one better and we would not have to pay anything and then continued by saying to do him a favor and never contact his company again. WOW, i was floored. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever, the lack of professionalism was unreal.... If you are thinking about contacting this company for plumbing needs you may want to think twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience! Charles and his crew are very professional and a great value. I started out just wanting a small repair done but ultimately decided to have a cast iron tub replaced, shower surround replaced as well as the shower valve, drain and all the plumbing underneath the house replaced. This was my decision to have done, I was not talked into doing more by Cassidy's Plumbing but valued there opinion and input. They did a great job of removal and installation and did it in a timely manner. Charles, the owner, checked in on the job periodically and ensured we were pleased before completion. Highly recommend this company for any job, big or small.

ALL STAR Company! I used for the first time and every aspect I felt like an honored client. Communication was clear and I was updated at every turn. Contractor was on-time, efficient and knowledgeable. Figured out our problem, fixed it and done! We received the bill and it was very reasonable. I had been having some AC issues which required a few visits to repair my unit and each time, the team that arrived were professional, courteous and kept me informed about what the issue may be - and some things to look for if I were to encounter the same issues again. The employees were great about giving me an accurate time frame of when they would be here so that I could coordinate it with my job and family. That is greatly appreciated as some companies will have you waiting all day. Great experience with Cassidy’s and I recommend them for any AC issues you may encounter.
